New Year's resolutions are cliche I know, but mine is to compile a full portfolio, and the goal is to get a tattoo apprenticeship this year. I already have one piece down which is the "Daenerys Reborn." I am going to keep drawing different characters and not just from Game of Thrones, I have some others on my list. This is something I want to do and make a career out of and I need to work my bum off for it. My etsy store littleSamantics will still up and running though, just might be a little slow. Later!! One Week Down!!
I REALLY need to start compiling a portfolio together so I can start looking for an apprenticeship. I have recently started drawing up my own original new school style pinup characters and noticed that my skills have been improving. My goal this month is to complete one sketch each day then hopefully get at least two final full color pieces by the end of each week.
News about littleSamantics, I have started painting some geeky holiday ornaments that I will hopefully complete by the end of this week so I can get those up for sale in time. I posted one in the process on my instagram if you're curious of what they might be!! :aww:

New Month, New Drive
I REALLY need to start compiling a portfolio together so I can start looking for an apprenticeship. I have recently started drawing up my own original new school style pinup characters and noticed that my skills have been improving. My goal this month is to complete one sketch each day then hopefully get at least two final full color pieces by the end of each week. I am limited to the amount of copic color markers I have right now cuz those aren't cheap. So might have to produce some in colored pencil. Or even watercolor, I haven't done that medium in a while so we'll see what happens.

I recently got a new place and I will be in the process of moving so its a very exciting time!!
